JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. This application has been filed with a prayer to implead Special Secretary (Appeals), Revenue Department, as party respondent No.6 in Special Civil Application No.11995/2003.
2. Heard Mr.Jayesh Patel, learned advocate for Mr.A.J.Patel, learned advocate for the applicants (original petitioners) and perused the averments made in the application.
3. It is submitted by the learned advocate for the applicants that in view of the judgment of this Court in the case of Bhagyoday Bank Limited Vs. N.K.Patel and others reported in (2011) 3 GLH 89, the Special Secretary (Appeals), Revenue Department, is required to be impleaded as party-respondent.
4. Having heard the learned advocate for the applicants and in view of the judgment of this Court in Bhagyoday Bank Limited Vs. N.K.Patel and others (Supra.), the following order is passed:
The Special Secretary (Appeals), Revenue Department, is permitted to be impleaded as party-respondent No.6 in Special Civil Application No.11995/2003. The necessary amendment in the cause-title of the said petition be made within a period of one week from today.
The application is disposed of, in the above terms.
