It is submitted that the issue whether the Management has right to make appointment against substantive vacancies till a regularly selected candidate recommended by the Selection Board joins the institution, is under consideration by a Larger Bench of this Court.
In view of the above, list this writ petition after two months awaiting the decision of the Larger Bench.
Notice on behalf of respondent no. 1, 2 and 3 has been accepted by learned standing counsel and on behalf of respondent no.4 by Sri Anurag Srivastava.
Issue notice to respondent no.5 by registered post.
Steps to be taken within a week.
In the meantime, all the respondents may file their counter affidavit.
