Heard Sri Pawan Kumar Dubey, learned counsel for the petitioner.
The petitioner has made an application under Right to Information Act to obtain certain information. The sole prayer in this writ petition is to direct the concerned Commissioner to provide information.
Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State- respondents no.1 and 2, Sri K.S.Kushwaha, learned counsel appearing for respondents no.3 and 5 and Sri Rahul Jain, Advocate holding brief of Sri Kunal Ravi Singh, learned counsel appearing for respondent no.4 submit that the information that has been asked for by the petitioner has already been provided to him on 30.6.2018.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this is not the complete information and the petitioner has filed an appeal against the same, which appeal is still pending before respondent no.4.
In case, such an appeal is pending, the same be considered and decided by respondent no.4 in accordance with.
With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition stands finally disposed of.
