This writ petition has been filed for issuing of mandamus directing the respondent no. 2 and 3 to ensure the fair investigation in pursuance of F.I.R. dated 08.06.2018 registered as Case Crime No. 0362 of 2018, under Sections 386 and 506 I.P.C., Police Station- Ghoorpur, District- Allahabad.
It is alleged that F.I.R. was lodged on 08.06.2018 but police is not proceeding in the matter.
In the facts of the case, this writ petition is disposed of with the direction to respondent no. 2 i.e. Senior Superintendent of Police, Allahabad to ensure the fair investigation in Case Crime No. 0362 of 2018, under Sections 386 and 506 I.P.C., Police Station- Ghoorpur, District- Allahabad and submit the report by Investigating Officer under Section 173(2) Cr.P.C. as early as possible.
