Heard Sri Dhirendra Dutt Singh, who appears in person. He has made following prayers :
"(i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus thereby commanding the Station House Officer, Husainganj, District Lucknow to ensure the compliance of order dated 7.12.2018, passed by the Additional Civil Judge (J.D), Court No.36, Lucknow in complaint case no.1359/2016 (Dhirendra Dutt Singh versus Nanhey Lal Kanaujiya and others).
(ii) any other order or direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case may also be passed in favour of the petitioner.
(iii) allow the writ petition with cost in favour of the petitioner."
We feel that no relief can be granted in such matter.
The writ petition being misconceived is hereby dismissed.
