JUDGMENT / ORDER

Heard Sri Dhirendra Dutt Singh, petitioner in person.
Petitioner in person submits that he is a resident of House No. 532-K/92, Pandey Tola, Aliganj, Lucknow and there is a matrimonial dispute between the petitioner and his wife Smt. Ruchi Singh and in this regard, a case is pending in the Court of Additional Principal Judge Family Court, Lucknow and another case i.e. Case Crime No. 498-A, 323, 342 & 506 IPC and Section 3/4 of D.P. Act, PS- Aliganj, District Lucknow, is also pending before the Competent Court.
It is further submitted by the petitioner in person that he engaged opposite party No. 2 namely Sri Anurag Srivastava as his counsel to do pairvi on his behalf, however, he directly or indirectly helped to his opponent only with the intent to provide undue advantage.
It is further submitted by the petitioner in person that the opposite party No. 2 without any consent and on the basis of his forged signature, filed the petition No. 6201 under Section 482 Cr.P.C. (Dhirendra Dutt Singh v. State of U.P. and another) in the year 2013 thereafter, the writ petition No. 5602 of 2015 (Dhirendra Dutt Singh v. State of U.P. and another) was also filed by the opposite party No. 2 without any authority and again by putting his forged signature.
Petitioner in person further submits that when he came to know about the alleged forgery committed by the opposite party No. 2, he sent complaint to the Chairman Bar Council of U.P., Hon'ble the Senior Judge, Lucknow Bench and the Senior Registrar, Lucknow Bench, Lucknow, however nothing has been done in the matter in question.
In view of the above said facts and circumstances, petitioner has approached this Court for the following main reliefs:-
"(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of MANDAMUS commanding the opposite party No. 1 to cancel the Enrollment No. 6083/2003 of the opposite party No. 2 and Enrollment No. 10764/2003 of the opposite party No. 3 with immediate effect and also take appropriate and strict action against them by lodging the FIR in an appropriate sections.
(ii) Any other order or direction which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper under the facts and circumstances of the case may also be passed in favour of the petitioners.
(iii) Allow the writ petition with cost in favour of the petitioners."
It is not in dispute that the petitioner has already submitted a complaint in respect to his grievance before the opposite party No. 1 on 02.05.2019, a copy of which has been annexed to the writ petition.
In view of the aforesaid, the present writ petition is disposed of with the liberty to the petitioner to pursue his grievance before the opposite party No. 1/Bar Council of Uttar Pradesh and we hope and trust that the opposite party No. 1 would take suitable steps for redressal of the grievance, as raised by the petitioner in the present writ petition.
It is clarified that this Court has not adjudicated the claim of the petitioner.
