By way of ad-interim relief, it is observed that appointment of respondent No.3 on the post in question as Principal in Swami Vivekanand Vinay Mandir, Junagadh and any action of respondents of taking over the charge of respondent No.3 shall be subject to further order/ interim order that may be passed by this Court in the present petition and respondent No.3 shall not claim any equity on that ground.
