This petition has been filed seeking directions for expeditious disposal of a revision before the Board of Revenue. However, order-sheet of the proceedings sought to be expedited has not been filed.
Under the circumstances, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition annexing thereto to entire order sheet of the proceedings sought to be expedited.
