1. Mr.D.J.Bhatt, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the present application with a liberty to file fresh proceeding/application with appropriate prayers and appropriate averments and after joining the Collector, Junagadh and to challenge the subsequent order dated 09/05/2012.

2. Permission is accordingly granted. The present application is dismissed as withdrawn with above liberty. As and when any fresh proceeding is initiated, the same be considered in accordance with law and on merits.
