This petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is filed by the petitioner with a prayer, inter-alia, to direct the respondents to lodge a complaint against the wrong-doers and punish them.
It is not in dispute that, now, an appropriate action is taken and even an FIR is also registered as necessary in the backdrop of allegations and, further, the Deputy Superintendent of Police, Dholka Region, Dholka, also reported compliance to the District Superintendent of Police, Ahmedabad (Rural), Ahmedabad.
In view of the above, keeping it open to the Investigating Officer to carry out impartial and fair investigation in accordance with law, this petition is disposed of. Notice is discharged.
