JUDGMENT / ORDER

[1] Heard learned advocates for the respective parties.
[2] It is submitted by learned APP that charge is framed and 30.06.2012 is fixed for recording evidence of complainant.
[3] If trial is not completed within a period of 9(nine) months, in that event, the applicant will be at liberty to file fresh bail application.
[4] In view of above, learned advocate for the applicant does not press present application. Application stands disposed of as not pressed. Rule discharged.
