Heard Shri Suneel Kumar, learned counsel for petitioner and learned A.G.A. for State of Uttar Pradesh.
This writ petition has been filed for issuing of mandamus directing the respondent no. 2 and 3 i.e. Senior Superintendent of Police, Sonbhadra and Station House Officer, Police Station- Duddhi, District- Sonbhadra to ensure the fair and impartial investigation in pursuance of F.I.R. dated 05.07.2018 registered as Case Crime No. 0062/ 2018, under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 406, 409 I.P.C.
Police Station- Duddhi, District- Sonbhadra.
It is alleged that F.I.R. was lodged on 05.07.2018 but police is not proceeding in the matter.
In the facts of present case, writ petition is disposed of with the direction to respondent no. 2 and 3 Senior Superintendent of Police, Sonbhadra and Station House Officer, Police Station- Duddhi, District- Sonbhadra to ensure the fair and impartial investigation in pursuance of F.I.R. dated 05.07.2018 registered as Case Crime No. 0062/ 2018, under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 406, 409 I.P.C. Police Station- Duddhi, District- Sonbhadra and submit the report by Investigating Officer under Section 173(2) Cr.P.C. as early as possible.
