(Cri. Misc. Correction Application No. 1 of 2018: Application for Correction in the Order dated 10.12.2018) Heard learned counsel for the revisionists and the learned A.G.A.
This revision is filed by the revisionists for quashing the order dated 29.10.2018 passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Court No. 21, Agra in S.T. No. 338 of 2018 (State Vs Shiv Sagar & Another) arising out of Crime No. 545 of 2017, whereby the revisionists have been summoned for the offence punishable under Section 306 I.P.C., Police Station - Fatehpur Sikari, District - Agra.
After arguing at some length, learned counsel for revisionists submits that grievance of revisionists would be sufficiently met in case bail application of revisionists is considered expeditiously in accordance with law.
In view thereof, it is provided that if the revisionists surrender before the Court below within three weeks from today and apply for bail, the Court below will consider the same, in accordance with law in view of the observations made in the case of Lal Kamlendra Pratap Singh Vs. State of U.P. reported in [2009 (3) ADJ 322 (SC)].
For a period of three weeks, no coercive steps shall be taken against the revisionists.
With the aforesaid, the revision is disposed of.
