The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that the Restoration Application filed on 16.05.2018 for recalling the order dated 28.02.2018 is pending consideration and no substantial orders are being passed on the application.
It is, therefore, directed that the Restoration Application be decided within a period of one month from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order.
The writ petition is disposed of.
