Heard Shri A.N. Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner; Shri Mrigraj Singh, learned counsel for the respondents no. 3 and learned Standing Counsel for the State Authorities.
The petitioner claims himself to have been appointed on Class- IV post by the institution, but financial approval has not been granted so far.
The institution in question is aided upto junior high school and is recognized and upgraded upto intermediate. For grant of approval and for payment of salary it is submitted that the D.I.O.S. is the appropriate authority before whom the papers are pending and no decision has been taken so far.
The writ petition is disposed of with the observation that in case the petitioner has been appointed according to the procedure prescribed and there is no other legal impediment, the claim of the petitioner be considered and decided with regard to financial sanction etc., as far as possible, within three months from the date a certified copy of this order is presented before it.
