Shri Prakash Padia, Learned counsel for respondent no. 6 prays for and is granted 10 days' and no more further time for filing Counter Affidavit, as mentioned in the Order dated 10th January, 2012.

As regards the connected Writ Petition, namely, Civil Misc. Writ Petition No. 4348 of 2009, Sri W.H. Khan learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner makes oral prayer that permission be granted for impleading Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited, as party- respondent no. 6 in the Writ Petition.
