On the last date i.e. 14.11.2018 following order was passed:
"Heard petitioner's counsel as well as learned AGA for the State and perused the record.
Notice need not be issued to the opposite party Nos.1 to 4 as the same has already been accepted by learned A.G.A.
Learned AGA may file counter affidavit within three weeks. Rejoinder affidavit may be filed within two weeks thereafter.
List this matter immediately after expiry of the aforesaid period before the appropriate Bench."
It appears from the record that the matter has become infructuous by efflux of time.
Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as infructuous. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
However, it will be open for the parties to move appropriate application within six weeks' from today, if the matter survives.
