The present writ petition has been filed for the following relief:
"(i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent No.1/District Magistrate, Bhadohi to decide the application of the petitioners dated 19.02.2021 (Annexure No.7) within reasonable period."
The respondent No.1, District Magistrate, Bhadohi shall decide the application of petitioners dated 19.02.2021 as expeditiously as possible.
It is made clear that we have not gone into the merits of the matter at this stage.
With these observations, this petition is disposed of.
