JUDGMENT / ORDER

The petitioner seeks for a direction to the respondent to consider his representation dated 01.07.2016 to process the application dated 04.02.2016 submitted in person for enrolment and to issue certificate of provisional registration.
2. Mr.C.Jeganathan, learned counsel takes notice for the respondent.
3.By consent of both parties, the main Writ Petition is taken up for disposal, at the admission stage itself.
4.The learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the petitioner's application will be considered and appropriate orders will be passed, in the light of the earlier order passed by this Court, in respect of similarly situated persons.
5.Recording the above said submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's application dated 04.02.2016 within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6.With the above direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
