KM When this Criminal Original Petition was taken up, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents submitted that the seized vehicle in question, has been subsequently confiscated and thereafter auctioned. The said submission is recorded.
2.In view of the above submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Original Petition is not maintainable and accordingly it is dismissed. It is always open to the petitioner to act in the manner known to law.
