1. Learned A.G.P. has requested for time to file reply affidavit.
2. By order dated 9th March 2012, the Court has observed, inter alia, that:
"3. In view of this, let there be a notice returnable on 09.04.2012. In the meantime and till the returnable date, status-quo as on date be maintained by the authority so as not to affect the petitioner adversely. At the same time, the petitioner now may not seek further relief based upon the status on caste certificate and what is already there as on date, may not be disturbed till the returnable date. Direct service permitted."
3. The hearing of the petition is adjourned at the request of learned A.G.P. who wants to file reply affidavit opposing the petition. The same order/direction contained in order dated 9th March 2012 shall continue until the next date of hearing. S.O. to 17th July 2012.
