The suit was referred before the Master for recording evidence, the plaintiff filed the proof affidavit and the learned counsel for the plaintiff seeks time for producing the original documents, hence, the Master referred the suit to this Court.
Originally, this Court on 04.09.2008, referred the suit before the Master for recording evidence, till date the plaintiff has not taken any effective steps to do so, which shows the plaintiff is not interested in proceeding the suit, except protracting the suit by getting extension of time. Hence, the suit is dismissed for default. No costs.
