While entertaining the writ petitions, this Court passed interim order on condition to deposit 50% of the auction amount and the petitioner also complied with the order. The learned counsel for the petitioner further submitted that subsequently, the petitioner paid the entire amount and auction was also cancelled. Hence, nothing survives in these writ petitions for adjudication and the same is accordingly, closed. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
