JUDGMENT / ORDER

IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT HYDERABAD FOR THE STATE OF TELANGANA & THE STATE OF ANDHRA PRADESH (Special Original Jurisdiction) THURSDAY, THE FOURTEENTH DAY OF AUGUST TWO THOUSAND AND FOURTEEN PRESENT THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V. AFZULPURKAR WRIT PETITION No.23500 of 2014 BETWEEN Mr. Dharnamni Jangaiah and another.
AND ... PETITIONERS The District Collector, Ranga Reddy District, Hyderabad and two others.
...RESPONDENTS Counsel for the Petitioner: MR. WASIM AHMED KHAN Counsel for the Respondents: GP FOR REVENUE (TG) – R1 & R2 The Court made the following:
ORDER:
It is evident form the averments of para 4 of the affidavit that the petitioners have moved this writ petition on the basis of reliable information that the second respondent is going to appoint third respondent as Kavalikar (village watchman). Evidently, there is no cause of action, as on today, to justify invocation of jurisdiction of this Court. It is an admitted case of the petitioner that notification was issued calling for application for the aforesaid appointment and that the petitioners have already filed objections and no orders are passed. In view of that, the writ petition is clearly devoid of cause of action.
The writ petition is accordingly dismissed. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
