Heard Sri D.K. Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri G.P. Singh, learned A.G.A. and perused the impugned F.I.R. as well as material brought on record.
This petition has been filed by the petitioner with the prayer commanding the respondent no.2 and 3 to take appropriate legal action upon the petitioner's complaint/representation dated 21.5.2018 and 17.5.2018 respectively without any further delay and further to direct the respondents authorities to ensure the arrest of accused-respondents no.4 to 9 by converting the missing report bearing registration no.0003/2018, dated 17.5.2018, P.S. Chharra, district Aligarh into FIR and to protect the life of minor sister of the petitioner.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner had lodged a missing report for abduction of his sister who is minor who has not yet been recovered. The police is not taking action upon the missing report, hence the petitioner has come up before this Court for appropriate direction to the police authorities. He further submits that the sister of the petitioner is aged about 17 years but in the FIR, it has been wrongly mentioned as aged about 18 years.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced by learned counsel for the petitioner, we direct the S.S.P, Aligarh to look into the matter and do the needful, if so required.
With the aforesaid directions, the present petition stands disposed of.
