The prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing direction to the trial court to decide Original Suit No. 1047 of 2014 within a stipulated period.
The suit is pending at the behest of the petitioner.
A perusal of the order-sheet reveals that the matter is being posted for recording of ex parte evidence of the plaintiff.
Having regard to the facts of the case, the instant petition is disposed of with direction to the trial court to make serious endeavour to decide the suit expeditiously by fixing short dates provided there is no legal impediment.
