Heard learned counsel for the parties.
Petitioner claims to be a Daftari in the respondent no.5 Institution. According to him one Sri Bachchoo Singh, has retired on 31.7.2017, from the post of Assistant Clerk. His contention is that he is entitled for promotion on the post of Assistant Clerk.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has made a representation before the respondent no.5 on 29.6.2017, but no decision has been taken.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, liberty is granted to the petitioner to make a representation before the respondent no.3, raising all his grievances and in the event such a representation is made within three weeks from today alongwith a certified copy of this order, the respondent no.3 shall decide it strictly, in accordance with law, within a further period of eight weeks, after affording reasonable opportunity of hearing to all concerned including the petitioner and the respondent no.5.
Writ petition is disposed of.
