Heard Sri Ramesh Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner, Sri Vinayak Nath Singh holding brief of Sri Kaushalendra Nath Singh, learned counsel for the respondent no.2 and learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents.
By means of this writ petition, the petitioner has challenged the order dated 05.10.2018 passed by the Senior Superintendent of Police, Gautam Budh Nagar, which recites that one contract to M/s H.P. Metal Arch Infra Pvt. Ltd. has been given for installation of Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) in NOIDA at Traffic island.
The petitioner claims that he was given certain contract and therefore, prays that without cancelling the contract of the petitioner, fresh contract could not have been given.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has not shown any documents relating to the contract of the petitioner or the term of the contract or the area of the contract.
In absence of such material, no relief can be granted to the petitioner. The writ petition is misconceived and it is dismissed accordingly.
