We have heard Ms.Kruti Shah, learned counsel appearing for the appellant and Mr.Niraj Ashar, learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. This Appeal has been filed challenging the order dated 22.11.2011 passed by the learned Single Judge in Special Civil Application No.16735 of 2011, whereby the writ petition has been dismissed by the learned Single Judge on the ground that the petitioner is claiming posting of her choice and since transfer of is an incident of service, an employee has no right to claim that she should be transferred to a particular place. We are in agreement with the view taken by the learned Single Judge. We do not find any illegality in the impugned order passed by the learned Single Judge. This Letters Patent Appeal is devoid of any merits and is accordingly dismissed.
