The learned advocate for the petitioners has drawn the attention of this Court to the averments made in the affidavit-in-reply filed on behalf of respondent No.2 wherein it is stated that the procedure for allotment of plots is under process and allotments shall be made, as per date of the applications. In juxtaposition to this, Mr.Chinmay Gandhi, learned advocate for the petitioners has referred to the document annexed as Annexure 'A' by submitting that the applications for allotment of plots are to be processed/decided within a period of 120 days.
In view of the above, Ms.Nisha Thakore, learned Assistant Government Pleader, may take instructions regarding the period of time within which the applications made by the petitioners shall be processed.
