Learned advocate submitted that the learned Judge (Additional Sessions Judge), Ahmedabad (Rural), Mirzapur, has erred in convicting the present appellant by judgment and order dated 22.2.2012 for offence under Section 307 of Indian Penal Code and further erred in awarding 7 years S.I. and fine of Rs.1,500/- in default, 10 days S.I. Learned advocate invited attention of the Court to the relevant part of the judgment and also submitted that the learned Judge has committed an error in appreciating the evidence.
