Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.G.A.
In the present case first information report has been perused. Perusal of the said first information report, prima facie discloses commission of cognizable offence and same is also supported by medical evidence, as such this court refuses to interfere in the matter.
However, it is provided that if the petitioners appear before the court concerned within three weeks and apply for bail in the aforesaid case, their prayer for bail shall be heard and disposed of expeditiously in accordance with the observations made by the Hon'ble Apex Court in the case of Lal Kamlendra Pratap Singh Vs. State of U.P. 2009(2) Crime 4 (SC).
With these observations, writ petition stands disposed of.
