Supplementary affidavit filed today is taken on record.
It is stated that the petitioner had participated in the counselling, pursuant to the process initiated to fill 16448 posts of Assistant Teacher. Submission is that although he has scored sufficient marks in the Scheduled Caste category, and two posts of Scheduled Tribe are also lying vacant but his claim has not been considered so far. In respect of such grievance, petitioner has already approached the District Basic Education Officer, Budaun.
Learned Standing Counsel as well as Shri R.P. Shukla, appearing for respondent no. 3 submits that grievance of petitioner shall be examined, in accordance with law.
Considering the facts and circumstances, noticed above, this writ petition stands disposed of with a direction upon respondent no.3 to accord consideration to the claim of the petitioner, in accordance with law within a period of two months from the date of presentation of certified copy of this order.
