JUDGMENT / ORDER

Learned Standing Counsel prays for and is granted four weeks time to file counter affidavit. Rejoinder affidavit may be filed within two weeks thereafter.

The Commissioner, Allahabad Region, Allahabad has waived the penalty on the deposit of deficient stamp duty and interest within one month. The order has been passed on 21.12.2010.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the entire amount towards deficient stamp duty has been deposited but the interest has not been deposited. He prays for and is granted 15 days time from today to deposit the interest and comply the appellate order.
