Writ petition has been filed for issuance of mandamus directing the S.S.P .Varanasi, respondent no.2 and Station House Officer, respondent no.3 to ensure fair and impartial investigation of case crime no. 0153 of 2017 under sections 419,467,468,471,420,506 I.P.C. Police Station Cantt, District Varanasi and submission of police police report under section 173 (2) Cr.P.C.
The police is not proceeding in the matter since 2017.
In the facts of the case, the writ petition is disposed of finally with the direction that the S.S.P .Varanasi, respondent no.2 and Station House Officer, respondent no.3 shall ensure fair and impartial investigation of case crime no. 0153 of 2017 under sections 419,467,468,471,420,506 I.P.C. Police Station Cantt, District Varanasi and submission of police police report under section 173 (2) Cr.P.C. in it as early as possible.
