Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A for the State as also perused the record.
This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed challenging the order dated 21.11.2016 passed by Principal Judge, Family Court, Mainpuri in Misc. Case No.72 of 2014, under Section 125(3) Cr.P.C, Police Station Dannahar, District Mainpuri.
There is no justification for interfering with the order passed in the year 2016.
Application is, accordingly, dismissed.
