Vide order dated 25.08.2014, this petition has been disposed of as enfructuous in non presence of the counsel for the petitioner, therefore, the order dated 25.08.2014 is hereby recalled and petition is restored to its original number.

This petition has been filed by the petitioner Dharmendra Singh with a prayer that suitable direction may be issued including a writ in the nature of mandamus commanding the opposite party No. 4 not to grant extension on the route of the petitioner from Morna to Muzaffarnagar during the pendency of revision Nos. 115 of 1993, 21 of 2004 and 24 of 2004 pending before the State Transport Appellate Tribunal, U.P. Lucknow.
This petition is listed under the head of infractuous cases.
Considering the facts and circumstance of the case, it is directed that in case the revision Nos. 115 of 1993, 21 of 2004 and 24 of 2004 are pending, the same shall be heard and disposed of expeditiously within four months from today. The certified copy of this order shall be filed by the petitioner within 15 days from today before the Transport Appellate Tribunal.
The interim order dated 13.10.2004 is hereby modified to the extent that in case the petitioner files certified copy of this order before State Transport Appellate Tribunal in Criminal Revision No. 115 of 1993, 21 of 2004 and 24 of 2004 within 15 days from today, the interim order granted by this court shall be extended till the disposal of above mentioned revisions, in case the above mentioned revisions have been decided, the interim order is vacated.
Accordingly this petition is disposed of.
