1. Petitioner's application for grant fire arm license is stated to be pending since 19.03.2018. Apparently, the timelines provided under the Arms Rules, 2016 have expired.
2. Without entering into the merits of the case, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.2- District Magistrate, Agra to decide the petitioner's application for grant of fire arm license as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
