Heard Sri Amit Saxena holding brief of Sri Jaswant Singh, learned counsel for the petitioners.
Learned counsel for the petitioners fairly states that the controversy involved in the present writ petition as well as in the connected petitions is covered by the direction of Hon'ble Apex Court dated 10.8.2015 passed in SLP (C) No. 25377-78 of 2014 (Qamar Hasan Khan and others vs. State of U.P. and others). Relevant paragraph whereof is quoted as under:-
"It is hereby made clear that no court shall entertain any grievance relating to this particular selection. Our present order would not dislodge, if any candidate, who has already been selected or sent for training. Needless to emphasize, the present order has been passed regard being had to the special features of the case."
In such view of the matter, present bunch of petitions stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to approach the Hon'ble Apex Court in view of the aforesaid judgment, if they so desire and are advised.
