At the outset Mr. Hriday Narayan Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that on account of some defect in array of parties the petitioners do not want to press this habeas corpus writ petition and they may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to file a fresh petition with better particulars.
In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the petitioners, the instant writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to the petitioners to file a fresh petition with better particulars.
Office is directed to return the document, filed as Annexure No. 3 to the petition, to the counsel for the petitioners within three days after retaining the xerox copy of the same on record.
