Notice for final disposal returnable on 10/1/2013. On the returnable date, the concerned officer who has passed the order dated 7/5/2012 himself shall file an affidavit answering the contentions raised in this petition. In case, if that officer has not been on very same post, then, the one who is holding charge or who has been succeeding him shall file the affidavit, but after taking appropriate instructions from the concerned who had passed the order dated 7/5/2012. The affidavit shall be placed on record by returnable date, or else, the Court would be constrained to allow this petition for want of any reply to the averments in the petition.
