The sole prayer of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the Case No. T201714703001898 (Dharmendra Kumar Yadav vs. Vibha Shukla), which is pending before the court of Tehsildar, Tehsil - Sadar, District - Varanasi, be expeditiously decided within a stipulated period of time.
It is, therefore, directed that the Tehsildar, Tehsil - Sadar, District - Varanasi shall decide the Case No. T201714703001898 (Dharmendra Kumar Yadav vs. Vibha Shukla) within a period of two months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, provided there is no other legal impediment.
The writ petition is disposed of.
