JUDGMENT / ORDER

The learned Standing Counsel has filed an Affidavit of compliance pursuant to the order passed by the Court on 3 November 2015. Learned counsel for the applicant prays for time to respond to the said Affidavit.
Accordingly and on his request, this matter shall stand adjourned today to be listed again after two weeks before the appropriate Court.
Learned counsel for the applicant may file his response in the meanwhile.
The presence of the opposite party is dispensed with subject to further orders of this Court.
