The relief sought in this writ petition is for quashing the F.I.R. dated 25.5.2018 in Case Crime No. 259 of 2018 under Sections 363, 366, 376D, 506 I.P.C. and 5/6 POCSO Act, P.S.- Meja, District- Allahabad.
From the perusal of the F.I.R., prima facie it cannot be said that no cognizable offence is made out. Hence no ground exists for quashing of the F.I.R. or staying the arrest of the petitioners.
Writ petition accordingly, stands dismissed.
