This petition for writ is preferred to have following reliefs:-
"1. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing upon the respondents to restore the proper educational atmosphere in the Government Inter College Kurara Hamirpur and take appropriate strict action under the law against the In-charge Principal found guilty in the enquiry for illegal demanding and receiving money from the students of the college;
2. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus to consider and pass and reasoned and speaking order on the petitioner's complain dated 30.07.2019 within specified time as directed by this Hon'ble Court."
From perusal of the documents annexed with the petition for writ, it appears that necessary steps have already been taken by the Joint Director of Education, Jhansi, Chitrakoot Dham Mandal. A recommendation too has been made for initiating disciplinary action in accordance with law against the In-charge Principal.
In view of it, we are not inclined to interfere in the matter at this stage. However, the respondent no.2 shall ensure appropriate action on the recommendation made by the Joint Director of Education under the letter dated 5th August, 2019, copy whereof is placed on record as annexure 4.
The writ petition stands disposed of.
