Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri S.K. Mishra, learned Standing Counsel appeared on behalf of all the respondents.
With the consent of the counsel for the parties, the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage.
The petitioner claims that the salary of the petitioner for the month of January, 2017 to November, 2018 has not been paid by the respondent no. 4.
In this regard the petitioner has approached the respondent no. 2 / 4 by means of the representation dated 09.08.2019, a copy of which is enclosed as annexure no. 5 to the writ petition.
The pending representation dated 09.08.2019 be decided by the respondent no. 2 / 4 expeditiously preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order, strictly in accordance with law after passing the reasoned and speaking order.
With the above observation, the writ petition is disposed of.
