1. The present application is filed by the convict who is on temporary bail pursuant to an order passed by this Court dated 17.05.2012 granting temporary bail for a period of 30 days for the purpose of undertaking of house repairs.
2. The convict is present before the Court. The house repairing is incomplete and therefore, prays that his temporary bail may be extended for a period of 30 days.
3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor Mr. L. R. Poojari invited attention of this Court to jail remarks. From the jail remarks, it is noticed that the convict has enjoyed three temporary bail since 05.11.2011 to 18.06.2012. Besides that he has enjoyed parole on two occasions on the sad demise of his grand-mother.
4. As on 19.05.2012, the convict has undergone one year 5 months and 17 days in Jail.
5. In view of the above, no case is made out for grant of extension of temporary bail. This application is rejected.
