(Per : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE RAVI R.TRIPATHI) The present application is filed by the convict through his mother seeking temporary bail for a period of 30 days so as to complete construction which he had undertaken while he was on temporary bail for a period of 30 days during May-June 2012. The applicant thereafter has preferred an application for extension of time, which was rejected by this Court. It is soon thereafter the present application is filed.
2. Taking into consideration the facts of the case, no case is made out for grant of temporary bail. Hence this application is rejected.
