Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State and Sri R. B. Pradhan, learned counsel for the respondent no.3, 4 and 5.
Petitioner is a retired Headmaster. His basic pension allegedly is Rs.12995/-, which has been reduced to Rs.12,615/- while details were feeded online. Grievance is that petitioner is receiving lesser pension. In respect of such grievance, petitioner has approached the authorities concerned, but no decision has yet been taken. Hence, this petition.
Learned Standing Counsel submits that petitioner's grievance shall be examined, in accordance with law.
In the facts and circumstances, this writ petition stands disposed of permitting the petitioner to approach respondent no.3 in respect of his grievance, noticed above, alongwith certified copy of this order, within a period of two weeks from today. In case such a claim is raised, the same shall be examined by the authority concerned, by means of a reasoned order to be passed, in accordance with law, within a further period of three months thereafter.
