Sri Raj Kumar Singh, learned counsel holding brief of Sri Ajay Singh who appears for the petitioner submits that the writ petition may be dismissed as withdrawn.
The petitioner has also filed an application for dismissing the writ petition as withdrawn.
The application is supported by an affidavit of one L.N. Chhabra resident of Gurgaon, Haryana who claims that he is one of the trustees of the petitioner.
Sri B.B. Jauhari, learned counsel appearing for respondent Nos. 2 and 3 has no objection if the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
In view of the averments made in the above application supported by the affidavit of the trustee who has been authorised to withdraw the writ petition vide resolution of the Board of Trustees of the petitioner dated 03.06.2019, we permit the withdrawal of the writ petition.
Withdrawal Application No. 3 of 2019 is allowed and the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
